For fast, simple and safe ordering, have the item name, its description, quanity, a
daytime phone number and payment method ready then call, fax or Email your order!

All orders will ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx or Grey Hound and require
delivery to a street address. International orders are quoted on an
individual basis.

Custom orders normally ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Neon clocks ship within 2
to 4 weeks. Some items are limited in quanity and may require backorder, or
an approved substitution. Some stock items ship in 3 business days. We
hope you unerstand that all our custom neons are hand made and take time
to fabricate. We do not have a prodcution factory like China nor do we
manufacture "junk neon" as we call it. Neon is an art and the time and effort
we put into our signs will show! If you have any questions, just ask!

Shipping charges are based on location and package. All neon signs require
a crating charge before boxing. There are exceptions where this charge will
not apply. Neon Clocks are shipped at a 30lb. oversized rate due to the
boxing. All orders are insured for delivery. Insurance from carrier covers
breakage during shipment. Shipping will be quoted upon ordering of item.

Full credit will be refunded if not completely satisfied with your purchase within
10 days of receiving item. You must notify Mr. Neon Signs & Graphics upon
returning any item for unsatisfactory reasons. For any returned item without
written notification and authorization number, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be
charged.

A 1 year limited warranty from date on bill of sale on all neon signs, neon clocks
and custom neons against defects in materials and workmanship. No warranty
or returns on beer neon signs unless otherwise stated. If your item requires
warranty service, please contact Mr. Neon Signs & Graphics before returning
item.

We do not have a shoping cart or an order form. Why? Because we truly
beleive in dealing direct with you, the customer. We like to hear a voice and
not just an order form or an email. We beleive in talking to our customers the
old fashion way of doing business. That is why we have a toll free NEON
HOTLINE. Call us 24hrs a day! You may get a message after business hours
but you will get a return call.

All orders will be treated with prompt, curtious, service. All custom orders
including neons, signs, clocks, antiques and or repairs require a deposit of
50% down of the total bill. Payment can be made by charge card (see below),
cash, check, or money order. You can always call us if you have any
questions!
